Few instances of non-refund include plants damaged after delivery due to non-watering or not providing the needed care. Refund, exchange or credit can be made where goods are faulty, different to the product purchased or don’t perform as advertised. However, the buyer has to choose the plants carefully, as we do not normally give refunds for change of mind or wrong decisions.
The expected time span for the customer to request a refund is within 24 hours. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
If you wish to cancel your delivery/order, you must do this within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery, and/or within 24 hours of placing the order
